How do I use a coupon code?
- Make sure you are using the correct email address (please check the spelling).
- Copy the unique code from our newsletter or banner and paste into the box at the checkout: Step 3 - Order Summary (as shown below).
- Click on the update button (do not press enter).
- Once your order has been paid, you will not be able to use the same code it again.
- Coupon codes can only be applied to original orders, and not to exchange items. The exception to this would be on like-for-like items when a coupon code was applied on the original order.
