We are looking for a PR & Content Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone that will align with our business core values which are ‘wow the customer’, ‘always be better’ and ‘work as a team’. About the role:

You will be working remotely, but within commutable distance of Uxbridge Head Office to attend regular meetings and photoshoots. Reporting into our Brand Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:  

• Assisting with developing PR strategy in line with Brand Marketing plans 
• Maintaining an active press office including liaising with media regarding new products, seasonal launches and new trends 
• Preparing and distributing press materials  
• Supporting on press and influencer event management  
• Supporting on influencer management, including maintaining relationships with existing brand ambassadors, recruiting new influencers to the brand and product gifting 
• Managing brand ambassador relationships and briefs  
• Preparing copy for product descriptions in collaboration with the ecomm team  
• Creating regular blog posts for the website  
• Assisting with the development of video content for the website and social channels  
• Assisting at photoshoots including ordering products, helping to select and organise models, booking locations, attending shoots and helping to finalise assets 
• Working with the Social Media Manager to create social posts including influencer content  
• Assisting on budget management 
• PR and competitor reporting  
• Keeping all media and product databases up to date  

About you:

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven digital marketing executive looking to progress their career within the industry and make their mark on two growing brands. You will;

• Have a real passion for digital marketing alongside an understanding of social, email and affiliate Marketing.
• Have creative flair with the ability to create and edit your own timely and engaging content for our key platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, to grow our social community and drive sales
• Be commercially aware and understand how brands are using social, affiliate and email channels to promote awareness and revenue
• Understand and interpret campaign analysis and make sure learnings are fed into the next cycle of activity.
• Provide creative team with detailed briefs for digital assets
• Have copywriting skills for emails and website copy
• Collaborate with the wider marketing and ecommerce teams to align content and product priorities
• Nurture relationships with key affiliates to maximise commercial and brand opportunities
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting against core KPIs

About You:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in PR 
• A passionate, proactive, creative team player  
• A solid understanding of the media & influencer landscape  
• Experience of preparing written copy, including press materials  
• An understanding of social media channels  
• Experience of working in retail, fashion or lingerie is a plus
