Question 1 of
What bra size are you currently wearing?
We'll help you find the perfect fit!
Question 2 of
Which set of hooks are you on?
Loosest
Middle
Tightest
A new bra should be fastened on the loosest set of hooks to begin with.
This is so you can move it on to the tighter hooks over time as it stretches out from wear and washing, extending the lifespan of the bra.
Question 3 of
How does the band fit and feel?
It digs in
It feels comfortable
It rides up
Your bra’s back band provides 80%+ of the support. This needs to be firm around your body to do its job and stay in place.
The back band of your bra should sit level around your ribcage, parallel to the underwires and only pull away from your body by a couple of centimetres.
Question 4 of
How do the cups fit?
Adjust your straps to a 2-finger tension.
There's a gap at the top
There's overspill (cups)
There's overspill (armpit)
They feel comfortable
The cups of your bra should sit flush against your breast tissue, giving a nice smooth line at the neck edge with no gaping or bulging, and no overspill at the underarm.
Make sure you lean in and lift up all your breast tissue into the cups so its sitting where it should do.
Question 5 of
How do the wires sit?
They sit on the breast tissue on the sides
They sit too far back
They feel comfortable
The wires of your bra should sit neatly up in your inframammary fold (the crease where your breast tissue joins your ribcage) and follow the root of your breast as closely as possible, without pressing on your breast tissue or sitting too far back on your ribs.
Question 6 of
How does the centre front fit?
Stands away from my body
Sits flat against my skin
Feels tight and digs in
The centre gore, where the wires meet in the middle of the cups, should sit comfortably against your sternum to provide support and uplift.
