The £7.95 Unlimited Delivery charge will be added to your order total on the initial order.

Once you are signed up to Unlimited Delivery, ensure you use the same email address for future orders.

Unless you are selecting Express Delivery, Saturday Delivery or Click and Collect, you won’t be charged for future deliveries over the 12-month period.

Unlimited UK Delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked Service or Hermes* and take 2-3 working days to arrive, with the option to select which service when placing your order.

Tracking numbers are provided with all orders.

If you haven't already, you can create an optional account to track your orders, however you can also checkout as a guest with the same email and your Unlimited Delivery will apply.

*Hermes is unavailable for Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey.

If you have an existing Unlimited Delivery subscription and can't see "Unlimited Delivery" as an option at the checkout, ensure you are using the same email address as your initial order.

Also check that your Unlimited Delivery subscription has not expired

We hope you love your Unlimited Delivery, however if you decide not to use the service within the 14 days after purchase and would like to cancel it, you can do so in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and we will refund the full £7.95.

If you've had Unlimited Delivery for more than 14 days, we are unable to offer you a refund, as per our terms and conditions below.

Your subscription to Unlimited Delivery will not renew automatically once the 12-month period is over. We will however send you a notification via email close to the time, reminding you that the service is due to expire soon.

At the end of your 12-month subscription period, the subscription will end and you will need to either purchase Unlimited Delivery again or pay for delivery services when checking out with us.

When you purchase Unlimited Delivery, your subscription is valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase.

At present Unlimited Delivery is only available to customers residing in the United Kingdom.

There is no limit on how many times you can use your Unlimited Delivery over the 12 month subscription period.

At the end of your 12-month subscription period, the subscription will end and you will need to either purchase Unlimited Delivery again or pay for delivery services when checking out with us.

You can cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of ordering by contacting customer services. A full refund will given if you have not made any eligible purchases using Unlimited Delivery.

After 14 days, you can still cancel your subscription but we will be unable to refund in full.

You cannot transfer or exchange the subscription to Unlimited Delivery for any other purpose, amount, gift, items, vouchers, or other form of compensation.

Next Day Delivery service and Saturday Delivery service are excluded from Brastop Unlimited Delivery service.

Brastop reserves the right to alter the delivery service valid in this promotion at any time. In this instance you will be offered the delivery service available at the time your order is placed.

Brastop reserves the right to accept or refuse subscription and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion. We will notify you of any significant changes to our terms and conditions.

We may decide to terminate your Brastop Unlimited Delivery account. In the unlikely event of this happening, you would be given a prorated refund based on the number of whole months remaining on your membership.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure our stated delivery timescales are met wherever possible, there may be occasions where our delivery service providers are unable to do so by reason of circumstances beyond their control, including without limitation extreme weather conditions, adverse traffic conditions, failure of vehicles, inability to access your property. By purchasing this subscription, you agree that we will not be liable where delivery is not received on the date you expected where the delay was due to an Event Beyond Reasonable Control.
